The Pennefather Residence incorporates a large open plan area that includes the living, dining and kitchen areas in a double height space. All of these spaces break out into a grassed courtyard that is formed by the “L” of the house. 
The single level plan has a central hallway with the bedroom wing on one side and the garage and utilities on the other.
