With long narrow corner site, public access to river and river boardwalk at rear, this modern house has interesting architectural design style. A linear progression architectural concept applied. Begin from the entry, opening out to the pool and river view beyond. Generous double height volumes link the ground level living with upstairs bedroom areas.
To make owner privacy from public, water features applied from the entry and outside the kitchen. A Simple palette of materials of render and zinc cladding with double height louvered panels provide contrast and privacy to the interior. Its really interesting concept, public exposed in design do not reduce owner’s privacy. Designed by Cottee Parker Architects.
