One of England’s largest brown field sites set for development

After almost ten years’ planning and consultation, a new community, The Wixams, near Bedford, UK has moved a step closer to realisation with the signing of a Section 106 planning agreement. Developer Gallagher Estates, in joint venture partnership with the landowner RWE npower, has been working with Mid Beds District Council, Bedford Borough Council and Bedfordshire County Council to devise a sustainable new community development on the former industrial and storage land south of Bedford, one of the largest brownfield sites in England. The scheme will provide 4,500 houses, an employment zone providing 1 million sq ft of office space, a new railway station, seven schools, a town centre, primary health care centre, sports and leisure facilities and 150 acres of parkland and open space. Gallagher Estates is one of the largest master developers promoting and delivering residential and mixed-use schemes throughout Britain.

I've been trying to setup a blog just like yours, can you tell me how you managed it?
Message to moderator - I'm not spamming, or promoting anything, I'm just testing the features of this forum.
What's a good starting point for launching an interesting blog? I want people to come and read my articles, and I want to see lots of comments.
Would anyone tell a joke about this? I can't stand being depressed like this.

I don't have a solution but I admire the problem.
